I once couldn’t imagine calling myself a creative..
My story begins with a curiosity about the human mind and a desire to make a difference in people's lives. Armed with a degree in Sociology and Human Services, I delved into the complexities of mental and behavioral health, eager to understand the nuances of what motives people to think, feel and behave the way they do. My creative spirit couldn't be contained within the confines of traditional case management. I craved a way to translate my knowledge into tangible, user-centered experiences.
Enter the world of product design.
Like a kid in a candy store, I found myself captivated by the endless possibilities of creating meaningful interactions through design. I have always loved the opportunity to connect with people that I typically wouldn't cross paths with, and now I do that at a much larger scale by influencing many users at the same time through empathetic, human-centered design approaches that could reach thousands and change their lives for the better.
